In quality business negotiations the process of communication and trust is far more important than the legaleese of the contract. The handshake is more important than the signature.

Thanks for spreading the word, Kevin. Most business lawyers want their clients to thrive and litigation, for human-owned businesses anyway, is counterproductive. Always, always, be careful and thoughtful before signing a contract.
